Tathan Flowers Delivery and Refund Policy
If you require delivery within 2 working days then please ensure that you telephone the shop to confirm availability. Same day delivery is normally available, again telephone for confirmation.
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday according to customer requirement. Advanced bookings are advised for peak periods such as Valentines, Christmas, New Year and Mothering Sunday (when Sunday delivery is available).
In the advent that the recipient is not at home to take delivery, items will be left with a willing neighbour and a card posted through the letterbox to advise the recipient of its whereabouts. If you do not wish for this to happen, then leave a contact number and you will be advised of any delivery issues so that a resolution can be agreed.
Delivery is free within a 3km radius of the shop, this includes St Athan, East Vale, Picketson, Flemingston, Eqlwys Brewis, Boverton, Fonmon, St Marys Church, Llanbethery. Deliveries outside of this area will attract a small delivery fee – If you would like to confirm free delivery or cost to an area, simply email sales@tathanflowers.co.uk or telephone 01446 751533.
If you have notified us of a problem with the products, we will replace or refund any products that are damaged or defective upon delivery or refund to you the amount paid by you for the products in question in accordance with our Returns Policy. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the products.
In any cases, we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude our liability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
